This week’s Employee Spotlight we’re focusing on Kerry Rogers, our Assistant Office Manager/Personal Account Executive based at our London office. Lovely fun fact about her below!

How long have you been with CDP? 10 years
What are your main job responsibilities? Giving the best customer service to my clients, going above and beyond when needed. Reacting to quick turnaround requests and being flexible. Organising projects and keeping an eye on the progress on orders and relaying that back to my clients. Using my print expertise on advising my clients on new innovations to help them explore new concepts on their print requirements, supplying them with a product that is fit for purpose. Day-to-day control on stock replenishment for those clients that use our print management services storage facilities, to ensure a constant supply of high used print they require, especially helpful with our NHS clients. Most of all to communicate with my clients regularly.
What is your favourite aspect of your job? Having the ability to come up with great print ideas for my clients that has them surprised by the wide range of possibilities that they never thought possible with print.
How did you get into the print industry? I had worked in retail for years and fancied a change. My friend had been working for CDP for some years, informed me of a job vacancy within the company that I would be an ideal candidate for and recommended me.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself: I am addicted to coupon/bargain hunting – I refuse to pay full price for anything. I also watch Korean/Japanese programmes (with subtitles) and anime. I really am not a fan of “normal” TV programmes, as I dread reality programmes with a passion.
