CDP Employee Spotlight: Norah McGann

This week we ‘re focusing on Norah McGann, ourDirect Mail Account Executive based at our Liverpool office.

How long have you been with CDP?

2  ½ years

What are your main job responsibilities?

Direct mail:

Managing different types of mailings for customers from rent statements, rent reviews, promotional mailings. I see these through from briefing to posting, making sure they go out correctly on time and ensuring customer data is always kept safe.

Bespoke print:

Anything from a pen to a 48-sheet poster – looking after bespoke print can cover a wide range of print. I work with the customer ‘s brief and obtain the best possible price for them. Quality is also essential and working within the customer ‘s brand guidelines.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

Getting an email from a customer who is pleased with their finished job.

How did you get into the print industry?

I worked in advertising and marketing for a long time for Liverpool agencies, and print was always a big part of my job.

I used to walk past CDP everyday on my way to school and wondered what it would be like to work in the print industry.
